The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, allowing me to bring my dog with me. The room had some decent space and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. I found hair on the bathroom floor and the towels were stained. It’s obvious that housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job. The bathroom plug didn’t work, and it was frustrating not being able to take a proper bath. The hallway also smelled of smoke, despite being advertised as a non-smoking facility, which made my stay less enjoyable. I expect better cleanliness and attention to detail. Still, the location was decent for visiting the local attractions, so that was a plus.

During our one-night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options, though it would be better with more variety. The room, however, could use more thorough cleaning. The location is convenient for traveling families. Consider calling ahead for pool availability!

We loved our stay with our small dog! The hotel was close to the Potawatomi Zoo, where we saw creatures great and small, and the spacious room was a perfect fit for our family. The location was convenient and made exploring easy.

My kids wished for a cleaner pool area. It would be great if families with children had earlier access to the pool and better maintenance so we could enjoy it more.

Staying here was a relaxing experience with the cozy bed and a nice indoor pool to unwind after a long day. The breakfast spread offered enough to kickstart my mornings, and I loved having access to a fitness center as well. The only downside was the wifi being spotty at times, but it didn’t really spoil my overall time here. 😊
